Brick Street Farms started nearly 3 years ago exclusively providing wholesale to local restaurants, caterers, gourmet markets and hotels/resorts. Our wholesale partners are the cornerstone of our city-farm. The support and dedication of our wholesale relationships that focus on buying local, at the forefront of their mission; is a privilege we seek to live up to everyday. We strive to grow delicious, unique leafy greens, micro greens and specialty items to surpass our Chef’s expectations.

Our vision from the very beginning was to provide an excellent dining experience.  We believe this starts with our Chef driven menu, the cornerstone of which is a organic ingredients list and responsibly sourced line-caught seafood.  We knew from the start that this would be the first non-negotiable point as we developed our concept.  We wanted to show that eating great doesn't have to be a flavorless punishment.  It is for this reason our culinary team has prepared some of the most compelling flavor profiles in the area using only fresh and organic ingredients.  The challenge was simple, make eating great, taste great, look great, all the while keeping the price approachable.

FarmTable Cucina is an Italian-inspired restaurant that focuses on fresh, house-made cuisine influenced by seasonal, regionally sourced and carefully curated ingredients. Our own style of dining intended to tempt curiosity by engaging the senses and evoking communal conversation.

For many, the culinary world is, understandably, both intriguing and intimidating. We wondered what would happen if we invited all walks of life to join us, into an unpretentious environment, around chef-created offerings, for a one of a kind dining experience. It was this social dining experiment with which Pith and Pally was conceived.

And so, with every new event, we continue to challenge ourselves to re-create another truly unique experience, giving our guests ample opportunity to be immersed in culinary diversity each and every time they dine with us.

The philosophy behind the Reading Room is to create a space that unites the community with a culture, a food culture. We are a group of individuals who love restaurants, food, wine, and hospitality. This is our attempt to create an environment that reflects years of experience, decades of taste buds, and lifetimes of ideas. A modern approach at nostalgic tastes while trying to create new taste memories along the way. Our garden is to inspire and connect us with food in the way it was always intended to be.
